This Privacy Policy describes how MistIntel ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MistIntel website at mistintel.com (the "Service"). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") or the UK GDPR applies, this policy also serves as our transparency notice under Articles 13 and 14 GDPR.

- Account registration: email address and chosen display name when you create a MistIntel account.
- GW2 API Key: if you choose to connect your Guild Wars 2 account, your API key is stored to enable personalised features. The key is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content when you contact us via the website.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Service, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Log data: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.
